Introduction

Your department account and password are part of your department identity. This is shared across many platforms and is the default authentication method used to sign in to department applications.

You must change your password regularly to keep your department account secure and protect yourself and the department from cyber attacks.

When you forget your current password, you can reset it using the eduPass Portal, from any device, anytime, without the need to call IT support for assistance.

If you suspect your password has been compromised, immediately take action to change it, and contact the Service Desk.
