Introduction
Your department account and password are part of your department identity. This is shared across many platforms and is the default authentication method used to sign in to department applications.
You must change your password regularly to keep your department account secure and protect yourself and the department from cyber attacks.
You can update and reset your password using the eduPass Portal.
If you suspect your password has been compromised, immediately take action to change it, and contact the Service Desk.
Instructions

Sign in to other devices and mobile apps
If you use other devices, such as a school or personal computer and/or mobile device, for work, you will be prompted to sign in to your department account using your updated password on these devices.
For instance, when communicating with your colleagues using the chat function in the Microsoft Teams mobile app, you may be prompted to enter the new password to continue accessing departmental applications.
If you use other applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Office apps, e.g. Word, SharePoint or OneDrive, on your other devices, you will be prompted to sign in with your updated password.
